Here're are some of the questions I'm looking to address here at Northwestern: • How do we define success for a research collaboration/scientific team?; • How might we effectively measure team science/research collaboration success beyond bibliometric data?; • Are funded collaborative grants (e.g. NIH U54s) good indicators of success?; • Is there a source to find successful incentives that have sparked better/more collaboration?; • What’s a good source of policies related to faculty development and P&T as they relate to team science and collaborations?; • Can you recommend team science evaluation best/effective practices and/or tools?
